We are excited to share that our scoping review, titled “Outcomes and Outcome Measurement Instruments in Lower Limb Lengthening Surgery: A Scoping Review to Inform Core Outcome Set Development,” has been published in Acta Orthopaedica. This study systematically maps which outcomes are currently being measured in lower limb lengthening surgery research and reveals a lack of consistency and underuse of patient-centred outcome measures. Our findings highlight the urgent need for standardized outcome sets that reflect what truly matters to patients, families, and clinicians.
