24/05/2025 – Focus Group Meetings Held in South Korea

As part of our international qualitative study, focus group meetings were recently completed at the Donghoon Advanced Lengthening Reconstruction Institute in Seoul, South Korea. Patients and informal caregivers who have undergone limb lengthening surgery shared their experiences and perspectives, providing valuable insights into what matters most throughout the treatment journey.

These meetings mark an important step in capturing the voices of those who have experienced limb lengthening in South Korea. The input gathered will help shape our core outcome set and ensure that future research and care reflect the real priorities of patients in diverse international settings.
